These companies operate under Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Leasing Frameworks. SAFI CORPORATION LTD manages the Cross Border Customs Bonded Warehouses at Kiyanzi, CJAVIC LTD oversees the Karongi Dry Port and Rusumo facilities, while UZIMA SAFI LTD manages Rubavu Cross Border Market and bonded warehouses at Rubavu-Goma.

Multi-Cargo and Logistics Leader
We’ve expanded our cargo mix across East and Central Africa. From cereals and fresh foods to industrial products and live animals, our inland ports at Karongi and Rubavu serve DR Congo and Burundi. Today, we are Rwanda’s largest private logistics terminal operator.
Our network spans DR Congo, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Pakistan, China, and other key trade corridors.
What We Do
SAFI Group serves mining, agriculture, trading, manufacturing, and shipping sectors through bulk, container, liquid bulk, cold chain, and warehousing solutions. We manage Licensed Public Customs Bonded Warehouses and Manufactured Goods Display Shops in a DUTY FREE environment right at the Border Points of Rwanda (Rusumo, Rubavu, Karongi and Rusizi/Kamembe).
Our supply chain services include road transit, storage, handling, and cross-border trucking with our own fleet.
